Lady of the Cask featured at Forage Vancouver cocktail menu

Thank you to Alex in Vancouver who told us that our wine brandy “Lady of the Cask” is on the cocktail menu at the Forage Restaurant in Vancouver!

“I hope everything is going well for you. Kath and I dropped in at Forage last week for a quick drink and enjoyed a ‘BC Sazerac’ made with Okanagan Spirits Absinthe and Maple Leaf Brandy — it was an excellent cocktail!”

I just looked it up and want to share it with you here:

The cocktail is OKANAGAN SAZERAC: Maple Leaf Spirits “Lady of the Cask” Brandy VSOP, Okanagan Spirits “Taboo Absinthe“, local bitters, lemon zest. 

Last year the amazing cocktail artists at Forage shared this mouthwatering cocktail recipe from their menu with us: 

1 oz Maple Leaf Spirits ‘Lady of the Cask’ Brandy

1 ½ oz cardamom & carrot syrup

½ oz egg whites

pinch of cinnamon

Shake cocktail twice

Once without ice, so egg whites have chance to foam.

Second shake is to chill the drink

Garnish with cardamom & carrot straw
