Here is an amazing recipe created by the Forage restaurant in Vancouver. We enjoyed it at the Forage dinner on Friday, April 5, 2019, the evening before participating in the 6th annual BC Distilled tasting festival.

Maple Leaf Spirits ‘Lady of the Cask’ Brandy
1 oz Brandy "Lady of the Cask"
1 ½ oz cardamom & carrot syrup
½ oz egg whites
pinch of cinnamon
Shake cocktail twice
Once without ice, so egg whites have chance to foam.
Second shake is to chill the drink
Garnish with cardamom & carrot straw
