The best time of the year to visit wineries, breweries, distilleries and cideries has come. September is a great month to visit the Okanagan for all who enjoy hiking, biking, good food and wine, and re-energizing in nature. The sun is shining, the apples are crisp and fresh, and the grape harvest is in full swing.
We are excited to announce the release of our new Pear Williams. It is a beatifully fragrant Pear Fruit Brandy, distinct Bartlett Pear flavour and smooth after taste. A great treat after dinner as digestive, for colder days or as apres-ski drink.
Try our recipe serving 2 people: 1 oz Pear Liqueur, 1 oz Pear Williams, 3 oz apple juice (bag-in-a-box), a splash of lemon juice. Shake these on ice, serve in a cocktail glass and decorate it with a fresh slice of pear or apple.
