T he finest tree-ripened cherries from local orchards are hand picked, carefully fermented and distilled using a German copper pot still and centuries-old traditional methods. The resulting hand-crafted distillates have rich aromas and fruit flavours that are typical of Kirschwasser in Germany's Black Forest region, Austria, and Switzerland. Enjoy an after dinner drink or add as an ingredient to fine confections. Great in cheese fondue, Black Forest cake or "Kaffee Schnaps".
