Many guests asked for the recipe for our "Hunter'sTea":
For 2 people, prepare half a litre of black tea, add 1 cinnamon stick and a few cloves, blend with 20 ml (1 oz) Lady of the Cask wine brandy and 15 ml Kirsch cherry spirit, sweeten it with brown sugar.
We recommend to add the brandy just before serving so it doesn't evaporate.
This is perfect to warm up by the fire after a cold day like today!
We offered it at the Fraser Valley Distillery Festival in Chilliwack, a snowshoe dinner with Hoodoo Adventures, and other local events.
