April is the time for us to prepare new spirits and liqueurs for you. Jorg has been distilling the fruit that he fermented in fall. Now is the time to bottle it, and to prepare for the season. For all of you coming now to enjoy a weekend in Penticton to play golf, go hiking or biking, or to enjoy pre-season hospitality in the South Okanagan, we hope that you book a tasting with Jorg in April.
Beginning Tuesday, May 9th, 2023, our tasting room will be open again Tuesdays to Sundays from 12 – 5pm.
